Mental Health

Mental health refers to a person's emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It encompasses a wide range of aspects, including:

  • Mood and emotions: How a person feels, such as happy, sad, anxious, or depressed.
  • Thoughts and beliefs: How a person thinks about themselves, others, and the world around them.
  • Behaviors: How a person acts, such as coping with stress, managing relationships, and making healthy choices.
  • Social well-being: How a person interacts with others, feels connected to their community, and has supportive relationships.
